In addition, you can visit the Airport during the event, post a message on the Rides Wanted board, schmooze at the Phoenix Bar & Pilots Lounge, or hang out during one of the schedule pilot briefings (lots of pilots there!). The best way is to volunteer at the Airport. No guarantees of course, but most pilots recognize the contributions of the many volunteers who make the airport happen. At the time of this writing (August 18), it's a bit late to arrange a specific volunteer opportunity, so come on out to the Airport and find out what's available.
